
Ingredients
- 4lbs of beef
- 2 cans diced tomatoes, 796ml
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, 284ml
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans, 540ml, slightly chopped
- 2 cans beans with pork in tomato sauce, pork removed, 398ml
- 1 medium onion
- 1 regular green pepper
- 4 tbs vinegar
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 cans tomato soup, 284ml
- 6 tbs chili powder
Directions
- Cook beef in large stewing pot
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine
- Stir occasionasionally for ~60 minutes to combine the flavours
Optionally serve with shredded cheese, Tostitos (multigrain is best!), and sour cream.
