Ingredients

  • 4lbs of beef
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes, 796ml
  • 2 cans sliced mushrooms, 284ml
  • 2 cans dark red kidney beans, 540ml, slightly chopped
  • 2 cans beans with pork in tomato sauce, pork removed, 398ml
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 regular green pepper
  • 4 tbs vinegar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 cans tomato soup, 284ml
  • 6 tbs chili powder

Directions

  1. Cook beef in large stewing pot
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine
  3. Stir occasionasionally for ~60 minutes to combine the flavours

Optionally serve with shredded cheese, Tostitos (multigrain is best!), and sour cream.
