I ordered desperately needed toner – and the next thing I know I’m getting a refund I didn’t request. It wasn’t until I contacted customer service that I received the explanation that the shipper had lost my package and initiated the refund. The refund could have noted this. Dull

For a project, I bought 3 Kingston 64gb memory keys at $6.99/ea. They were unusually late, so I checked daily and found they were delivered and signed for by “David”. Dave’s not here man. Amazon was good about refunding the order but the price went up to $11.99/ea. Dull

I cancelled my Prime account. Why am I paying for consistently late and missed deliveries?

It’s not limited to Amazon, raging incompetence is everywhere.

Recently I contacted Google Nest as I wanted a new Nest Protect and Staples had two models. “What’s the difference between model S and model F?” The answer was to use Lithium Energizer batteries. Uh, wut? That doesn’t answer my question, at all. I tried again before giving up. It seems I really need to use Lithium Energizer batteries…Dull

Years back I supported 70Mai via Kickstarter for their A810 kit. Eventually, it died and I replaced it with another unit and even put in a brand new SDHC card matching spec per documentation. Almost immediately afterwards I received a “Slow memory card detected, consider replacement”. When I contacted 70Mai support to indicate they likely had a firmware issue, they said I was using the wrong SDHC card, etc, replace it with new. Dull Regardless, I got ANOTHER new SDHC card and lo and behold within a week the new SDHC card was generating the same error message. I doubt I would recommend or purchase a 70Mai replacement.
